Kayla Blackwell – Forever in our Hearts
The Rage, along with the rest of the ringette community, is mourning the recent loss of Kayla Blackwell. Kayla was a very special young woman, daughter, sister, friend, teammate, and a ringette player with the Calgary AA and Calgary Bow View associations. She was taken from us far too soon at the young age of 18. We extend our sincerest condolences to Kayla’s family and friends during this difficult time. #12 in our hearts forever!

World Ringette Championship
The World Ringette Championship took place from Nov. 3-9 in Lahti, Finland. 6 members of the Rage played for Canada’s Junior National Team. We would like to congratulate Mya Althen, Talisa Cowley, Maddie Fitzpatrick, Tessa Galandy, Aeva Lott, and Dylan Pighin on winning a silver medal.

Community Engagement
The Rocky Mountain Rage is proud to be part of the communities in Southern Alberta where we play and train. Look for Rage players & coaches volunteering at various events in Cochrane, Calgary, and the surrounding area.

Upcoming Events
Nov 29/30 – Rage will be at the NRL Feature Hub in Leduc, AB. Catch our games live for free on the All Women’s Sports Network and Pluto TV!
Dec 13/14 – Rage will hosting our first ever hub in Cochrane!! This NRL hub is being held in conjuction with the Bob Campbell Classic ringette tournament hosted by Cochrane Ringette. Catch all the action at the Spray Lakes Sawmills Centre!
Jan 17 – Rage takes on the Edmonton WAM!
Jan 30-Feb 1 – Rage will host an All-Alberta mini-hub at the Cochrane Arena. Catch us in action versus the Calgary RATH, Edmonton Rush, and Edmonton WAM!
Feb 21– Rage takes on the Edmonton Rush.
Mar 7/8 – Rage will be playing at an All-Alberta mini-hub in Edmonton, AB.
Mar 14/15 – Rage will be playing at the NRL hub in Spruce Grove, AB.
All of our games will be streamed on the Ringette Canada Youtube channel.
