Our Facilities

The Rocky Mountain Rage are proud to call the Cochrane Arena our home.  The Cochrane Arena, operated by the Spray Lake Sawmills Centre, will play host to all of the Rocky Mountain Rage practice sessions.  Games will be split between Cochrane Arena and the Spray Lake Sawmills Centre.

Strength/Conditioning Training

The Rocky Mountain Rage has partnered with Renee from Stronger-U in Cochrane for our off-ice strength and conditioning training.  Check out her website for more information about the services and expertise that Renee provides.

 

Mental Performance Training

Gisele Krueger from The Winner Will will be providing Mental Performance Training to the team.  We are grateful for Gisele’s knowledge and passion for women’s sports, as well as the mental well-being of our athletes.  Her expertise will be helping us perform to our full potential this season!

 

Medical Support Team

The Rocky Mountain Rage is proud to partner with Dr. Jason Dick and the staff at Riverside Sports Therapy for all of the team’s injury prevention and recovery needs.  Check out their website or visit their Cochrane location for more information regarding the services they provide to athletes in Cochrane and area.

Club History

The Rocky Mountain Rage was founded in 2025.  We are brand new, and our story has just begun.  Stay tuned for more updates as we start our inaugural season in the National Ringette League!
